Who am I?
I’ve always been driven by one question. It wasn’t “how does this work?” It was “how could this work better?”
I’m Luke, and before founding Ignite & Grow, I spent years as a scientist and Quality Manager in medicines manufacturing for clinical trials. In that world, efficiency and accuracy weren’t optional.
They were essential.
A single mistake could cost tens of thousands, halt production, or, even worse, put lives at risk.
What that taught me is simple - whether you’re producing life-saving treatments, artisan food, or running a workshop, the principles don’t change. Clear processes, reliable systems, and small, smart improvements make all the difference.
Now, I work with ambitious small businesses to apply those same principles without the corporate jargon.
Most of my clients are manufacturers or service-based businesses who are brilliant at what they do, but feel held back by inefficiencies.
